PROF. OLU ADEDIRAN LLB. (HONS.), LL.M., Ph.D.
Prof. Adediran was a former Dean of Law at the Obafemi Awolowo University, lle-lfe and former Director of Research at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos. He has over the years been actively in the preparation and drafting of important agreement and legislations. Prof. Adediran has vast experience in negotiation of both local and international commercial contracts and in advising foreign companies investing in Nigeria.
He has engaged in a diversified domestic and international business litigation and Arbitration. His practice comprised of collective bargaining and alll aspects of employment law litigation, including arbitration, administrative and court proceedings relating to contract enforcement, strikes and wrongful dismissal. A widely acknowledged expert in the areas of public and administrative law, he has published nemerous articles on several areas of Nigerian Law. Prof Adediran brought with him robust exposure in the academics, law administrationand private practice.
