CHUKWUEKEZIE UCHECHI LOVETH LL.B (HONS.), B.L
Uchechi Loveth Chukwuekezie graduated from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2022 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2024.
During the course of her mandatory one year service, she worked in the Departments of Law Reporting and Publication and Public Prosecution at the Ministry of Justice, Bauchi State. In the course of her work, she conducted in-depth research and analysis on Judgements of Superior Courts to aide the efficient dispensation of matters. Additionally, she contributed to the editorial process and publication of Justice Journal and dossiers.
Uchechi is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Royal Heritage Solicitors. Overtime, she has garnered experience in legal research, preparation of Court processes (including Respondent’s Brief of Argument), management of Client correspondence and representation of Clients in Court. Uchechi has dutifully represented Clients in divergent areas of law both at the Federal High Court, State High Court and Magistrate Courts.
Uchechi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Lagos Branch; National Association of Catholic Lawyers (NACL); Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA) and Moot Alumni Association (MAA).
Uchechi has a National Diploma in Mass Communication from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu State and has particular interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Property Law; Labour Law and Media/Tele Communication Law. She is equally passionate about teaching, academic research and contributing to legal scholarship.
