Mr.Okon Uye, is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Group of the Firm. Okon Uye studied law at the University of Lagos, Nigeria where he obtained LL.B. (Honours) Degree in 1991 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. Uye Okon is a consummate civil litigation Attorney.
He has considerable experience in Civil and Criminal law/practice. He has appeared as counsel on several occassions at the various High Courts all over the Country on a wide range of matters and has conducted and defended several appeals on behalf of clients at the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Okon Uye has tremendous experience in insurance practice, probate and family law, administration of estate and election petitions.
Okon Uye was formerly a Senior Associate at the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Kola Awodein & Co.
