Prince Aderemi Adekile is the Managing Partner of Royal Heritage. Prince Adekile who was admitted as a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the year 2004 by the Chief Justice of Nigeria is a Legal Practitioner of diverse practice backgrounds. He holds an LL.M. Degree in International Economic law and achieved a distinction in Company Law and Partnership. He worked for some years in the British origin Law Firm of Messrs Irving & Bonnar and Bently Edu & Co. He was a Partner (Managing) at the city commercial Law Firm of Messrs. Olakunle orojo & Co. and Kola Awodein SAN & Co. As a Counsel in those law firms, he acquired considerable experience in the fields of corporate law, oil and gas law, environmental law, banking, corporate finance, industrial property registration, protection and litigation, taxation, equipment leasing and asset financing, real estate, foreign investment law and procedure.

He was a Partner at Freshfields (Solicitors). He founded renowned Royal Heritage (Solicitors, Barristers, Notaries Public & Trade Mark Agents) which formation clearly created a new leader among business/commercial law firms capable of offering leading business legal advice in Nigeria.

He maintains a keen interest in international transactions and has handled a wide range of matters involving international aspects of oil and gas finance, corporate finance and restructuring, dispute resolution, arbitration and intellectual property. He is a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Taxation (FCTI), Member of the Section on Energy and Natural Resources Law Group of the International Bar Association in the United Kingdom and Member, International Trademark Association (INTA) in New York, USA. He enjoys the privilege of being one of the only 2 Nigerian members of the International Law Group, called Globalaw.

He was Solicitor to the issue in several public offers, private placements and right issues and also transaction advisor on several mergers and acquisitions in the banking, insurance manufacturing and other sectors of the Nigeria economy.

Prince Adekile was until recently, the Country Representative in Nigeria for Devon Energy of Houston Texas and Oklahoma, United State (Ocean Energy (Nigeria) Limited and Ocean Energy (Block 242) Limited where he was responsible for the day to day running, the NNPC, DPR, Ministry of Petroleum and NPIMS Liaison and Conduct of OPCOM and MACOM on the oil blocks.

He was among the Legal Consultants/Advisors to the World Bank on West African Gas Pipeline Project where they advised on the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) on the Right of Way (ROW). He is a Legal Consultant to the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, Central Bank of Nigeria, Bank of Industry and Bureau of Public Enterprises, National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) among others.

A widely acknowledged International Commercial Lawyer, Adekile is a well respected corporate and Commercial Law Consultant.
