MRS. DUPE ABOLARINWA LL.B.(HONS.) B.L.

Mrs. Abolarinwa obtained her LLB. Degree from the University of Manchester, Manchester, England in 1984 and was subsequenntly called to Bar in Nigeria. Mrs. Abolarinwa has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. She was the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Warri Refinery Limited. She had earlier been Manager (Legal) at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). She has provided advice on a wide range of energy and utilities issues, including the preparation and negotiation of contracts, construction, joint ventures, project and corporate finance and product sale and supply agreements.

She has notable experence in preparation and administrative bidding agreements, drilling contracts, integrated services agreement, joint operation agreement and license application.

Mrs. Abolarinwa also has extensive experience in drafting of pipeline and transportation agreement, oil and gas processing, production sharing contracts, trading in field and license interest, unitization, corporate business and assets acquisitions as well as energy projects including LNG and Petrochemical developments. She has extensive international experience and has advised the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in dealing with investors from several jurisdictions on a variety of projects and all manners of energy transactions.
