OLUWAKEMI ADEKILE LL.B.B.(HONS.), B.L.,LL.M. Ph.D.
Oluwakemi Adekile is a Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She gained tremendous experience in general court works during her stinct as Assistant Registrar at the Court of Appeal. She worked with Olawoyin & Olawoyin & Co. where she had extensive experience of advising commercial clients on transaction with public authorities.
She has vast experience in negotiation of both local and international commercial contracts and in advising foreign companies investing in Nigeria. After a broad exposure in general practice, she decided to specialize in environmental law, subject that has formed a major part of her research and teaching.
She has also dealth with a wide variety of interllectual property matters, including advising on patent, design, copyright and trademark infringements as well as prosecuting patent and trademark applications and dealing with oppositions.
