OLUFEMI ABIDOGUN LL.B (HONS.), B.L

Olufemi has worked for some years in the Corporate/Commercial/Transaction Practice Group of Royal Heritage. She holds an LL.B (Hons.) Degree in Law and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after qualifying from the Nigerian Law School. She had previously worked at Taiwo Ajala & Co. and Mike Ozekhome Chambers in Lagos, Nigeria.

In her previous engagements, she had responsibility for drafting of transaction documents such as licensing agreements, privacy policies, commercial leases, sales contracts and management agreements. She worked extensively in the areas of legal compliance and company secretarial services, capital market, energy, manufacturing, media, advertising, administrative and analytical support and implementation of standard operating procedures. She has gained experience advising both local and international clients in the areas of corporate restructuring and corporate finance. She is known for her ability to provide clients with strategic legal and commercial solutions in the structure and implementation of corporate/commercial transactions.
