Chidimma is an Associate and a member of the Corporate/Commercial/
Transaction of the firm. She obtained her LL.B degree at Nnamdi Azikiwe
University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar.
She gained tremendous experience in the areas of Company Law, Securities, Real Estate/Property, Telecommunication and Information Technology when she worked inthe Law firms of Messrs. Owoseni Ajayi & Associates and Adeniji Kazeem & Co. She was also an Associate at Messrs. Lex Attorneys. She has advised Banking clients as secured and unsecured creditors on Debt Recovery, Receivership, Liquidation and Bankruptcy. Chidimma has worked extensively to support the Royal Heritage Corporate and Commercial Group. She specializes in corporate and regulatory matters across numerous sectors including energy, real estate, manufacturing, securities. Since joining the firm, Chidimma has established a reputation as a widely exposed, intellectually rigorous and focused solicitor.
